I mean he was specifically trying to ruin the experience of everyone in attendance. While I don’t want to foment physical violence, what he did was actively malicious. 

Being spoiled is the equivalent of knowing you have a surprise party coming. You still get to be there at the party, enjoy your friends, etc., but you are robbed of that moment of surprise, confusion, delight, and euphoria that comes when an unexpected party jumps at you.

In Mexico it became a meme to spoil Infinity War to unsuspecting people. People would share clickbaity albums like “celebrities before and after college” and when you clicked the next pictures after the thumbnail were spoilers. Suffice to say, I deleted the facebook app until friday.

It damn well *better* be fun! I started playing the game from scratch and am currently level 24 with 150,000 MGP (I started the day before the event started) so I could play it and get that sweet ride.

I was on Kotaku and the picture wasn’t loading; I honestly thought I had clicked on a Pokemon Let’s Go article.

I don’t play this game yet, but seriously, what’s the big deal? Is having male bunny people and female cat people that important to the game? Because reading the comment section it seems like it’s a make-or-break the game kind of deal. 

Also, people like watching meaningless numbers go up. It’s why people become so heavily invested in clicker games.
