They say they don’t have the time and resources, of course they don’t; they chose to make another full game (that will probably under-perform; I have heard absolutely no hype, or intention to buy, about Town). What scares me is that when Sword and Shield underperform due to the fanbase holding out until the third

Junichi Masuda be like

It would be less aggravating to be sure. It would also be less aggravating if they had shared this information before opening pre-orders. It seems like we might get neither though.

I wouldn’t call it “interesting”. Sounds too positive. Way I see it, if they want to make a whole new experience they should do what they did with Unova, where every pokemon you fought until the postgame was new, BUT you still got to transfer your collection from Gen 4 when you were done. There is no benefit to this

One thing I’d add to this message are the literally thousands of people that have taken to change.org to petition a change

Thing is, everyone has a favorite pokemon and as of now they are all up in the air. Mine is groudon. I have a shiny one that I spent eight years finding and now I don’t know if I’ll have to leave it behind, and for me that is a buy-or-not-buy point. Sure, if your favorite has been seen already, you’re in the clear but

I agree. What makes me even angrier is that they opened pre-orders before revealing this. They should have revealed this fact when they first revealed Pokemon Home.

It’s probably going to have 400-500-ish Pokemon, if Sun/Moon are anything to go by. I want to call BS on the balancing issue. It’s not like including on excluding say, Mr. Mime will have a massive impact on the metagame. It also feels shady to me that they opened pre-orders before revealing this information, and that

Everyone made one. There are more open world games in recent times than battle royales.

The art-style looks like one of those ads for clash-of-clans ripoffs. I mildly expected a “download now on the app store” message at the end.

I hate to be that guy, but those aren’t Z-moves. They are called Max Moves, both in the video and in the website, which leaves potential room for Z-moves to be used in the same battle.

Given the seriousness the models are showing, the music feels strangely appropriate. When I read the headline I assumed it would be Sunleth Waterscpe, make it a jovial event, especially knowing that Lightning has been with LV before. Again, given howserious the event looked, that track would not have sounded like the

I mean he was specifically trying to ruin the experience of everyone in attendance. While I don’t want to foment physical violence, what he did was actively malicious.

Being spoiled is the equivalent of knowing you have a surprise party coming. You still get to be there at the party, enjoy your friends, etc., but you are robbed of that moment of surprise, confusion, delight, and euphoria that comes when an unexpected party jumps at you.

In Mexico it became a meme to spoil Infinity War to unsuspecting people. People would share clickbaity albums like “celebrities before and after college” and when you clicked the next pictures after the thumbnail were spoilers. Suffice to say, I deleted the facebook app until friday.

It damn well *better* be fun! I started playing the game from scratch and am currently level 24 with 150,000 MGP (I started the day before the event started) so I could play it and get that sweet ride.

I think that was exactly the point.

I was on Kotaku and the picture wasn’t loading; I honestly thought I had clicked on a Pokemon Let’s Go article.

I don’t play this game yet, but seriously, what’s the big deal? Is having male bunny people and female cat people that important to the game? Because reading the comment section it seems like it’s a make-or-break the game kind of deal.

Also, people like watching meaningless numbers go up. It’s why people become so heavily invested in clicker games.
