Man I watched some He-Man episodes with my friends a few years back, I loved it as a kid but it is god awful to try to watch as an adult.

Eh, if you leave out human corpses for “feral” dogs I’m pretty sure they’d eat them too.
Whaaa? The crust at Lou’s is great, I don’t think I’ve ever had a problem with it really. Then again we usually don’t get meat on the deep dish (Lou special ftw) so maybe that helps.
It’s definitely really helpful, I watched a video before a swapped the fuel pump in my old Malibu. It helped quite a bit but that was still a massive pain in the ass, especially getting the gas tank back up.
Yup I’ve got a 165Hz screen on my PC with gsync and it’s crazy how smooth everything is. It’s really great, the gsync range is like 30-165 or something, so you really never have to worry about screen tearing, It was always a pain to try to get games to stay at 60 with vsync, if it dipped below it’d drop to like 30fps…
Where do you live if you don’t mind me asking? I don’t like overly hopped beers very much and it isn’t hard to find stuff that isn’t here in IL.
NP fair enough, it was/is pretty janky. Guess your original comment sounded a bit harsh to me, I managed to get some friends to play it recently for the first time and they enjoyed it still, so it irks me a little bit to see comments like that that may scare people off from trying it.
I think a big part to enjoying it is embracing the combat system, once I did that it made the game a lot more fun. There’s some stuff from the first game I wish had carried over to 2 and 3, like the group combat stance and being able to dodge by jumping over people (if you were surrounded in the first game you’d do…
Really? I managed to put 60 hours + into an unplayable game and beat it, that’s crazy.
Meh, I couldn’t even buy any yesterday because the lines were so insane and I had a birthday party to go to. I stopped by the dispensary by me (which also happens to be the furthest northern one in IL) and it was insane, saw quite a few WI plates there, wish they would limit it to IL only for a month or so at least.
I have a friend who just put his TV in front of the fireplace instead of above it, really annoys some people when they see it in his house
It was pretty weird but I enjoyed it, especially the music from it. IIRC you could put the PSX disc in a cd player and just play the music, which I recall doing quite a bit. I actually bought it on release (got the Chrono Cross soundtrack with it I think), then returned it because I was put off by the weird gameplay…
Had this for Colecovision back in the day, it was pretty awesome.
So much for the idea that those jobs are so easy that anyone could do it, that seems to be the go to argument for people who think fast food workers don’t deserve to get paid a living wage.
Yeah exactly this, I have no problem with people not liking it, but the number of people I’ve met trying to prove that it’s objectively bad and therefore they are right to not like it is annoying as hell.
Yeah seemed like a boring ripoff of palpatine, who was barely there in the original trilogy anyway, and his background wasn’t explored at all officially until the prequels came out if I remember correctly.
Weird, most of the time I see people criticizing 2 for the story and saying the gameplay was better, something I agree with.
Yeah I always felt the vigors were way less fun to use than the plasmids in the first two games.
Yeah I don’t understand the criticism of getting people exercise stuff. For Christmas I’m getting my gf a fitbit, my one brother a bike trainer and another one wheels for his bike. None of this is me telling them they’re fat and need to workout, this is all stuff they want.
Main reason I got a 3 over a Civic was that Mazda was willing to take a lot more money off the sticker price.
