That's a very good way to ruin your oven. Even the manufacturers of self-cleaning ovens don't recommend using it. The temp that the ovens get up to just end up damaging the components. After a few self-cleaning cycles you'd be lucky if your oven knows what temperature it's at.

As much as I adore the King's Quest games, I would say that V ranks amongst the weakest of the lot. It's a real mess with ridiculous puzzles, bad writing and atrocious voice acting. KQ6 was the absolute pinnacle of the series.
