"Mac, what you feel for your daughter is real. What you see, in here, is a computer simulation of her, based on your memories, your thoughts, and your love. And you will get to keep ALL those things when you leave. Everything that's real will come with you. All you'll lose is the lie."

I'M CRYING AGAIN THANKS
:-)

Might be saving that for the finale! It would fit as one of those powerful moments that didn't need repeating since they were all there, etc

all the way down, sir

Not sure—-I just know they looooove their Star Wars references :-)

The ticker below Bakshi was full of shoutouts, including Whitehall and Mallick.

And yet, who exactly would we be getting back? It's not the Ward who was HYDRA and then Hive. It's some approximation of Ward created by AIDA/The Framework, which was arrived at by what? Ward's browsing history and online purchases???

Here I thought the whole Framework story would be a quick, few episodes of romping around in a virtual reality that didn't really mean anything. I WAS SO WRONG

Yeah, would probably still be bad, but at least bad with a discernible point to it, which…. is something?

Third time's a charm…..

I think part of it is that it's one of those movies where, if you come to it expecting zilch, you're surprised it's better than zilch, and react positively. Once it's built up and you expect something quite good, you react negatively, since it's only middle-ground.

The movie seemed to be heading towards some kind of "only Anya can defeat Horde because of her own trauma-survivor-strength" resolution…. only then, nothing Anya does matters a damn (besides Horde letting her live)… doesn't save the other girls, doesn't save the therapist, doesn't stop Horde, etc etc

Splitman v Sentryman: Dawn of Mr. Glass

So it sort of…. ah… SPLIT OFF from the storyline?

The Unbreakable Kimmy Split

2 Split 2 Unbreakable

"Fair warning: this post contains spoilers for Split (one of which you already saw in the headline…)"

Toys for Boys! :-D

That's for when they're at home.

"You did this to him." Perfect.
