Kotaku needs to start doing a daily (Overwatch specific?) news roundup in the mold of Jalopnik’s Morning Shift. Overwatch in particular has this steady drip of information that just barely deserves reporting but probably doesn’t deserve its own full page/article.

There’s actually a fairly realistic reason for why the UNSA is in conflict with the SDF. To dismiss it as “nonsense” is extremely unfair to the writers, who did an excellent job establishing a background for the rivalry between Earth and Mars’ governing forces before it balloons out into the war seen in the game…

You obviously hold a bias and that’s OK, I’ve hated Ubisoft plenty over the years, but this is, as you said, Massive. A company that is not Ubisoft. Kick the bias off and treat the game as backlog, not some must-avoid-or-will-be-poisoned title. Besides, if you already owned it, you already ... stroked the garbage…

Not too late for me to have fun with it. And not too late for the servers to be empty in a way that’d ruin multiplayer.

I am absolutely stunned that a Bethesda game is buggy.

I used to absolutely love running Warlock, but it’s been getting less and less time in Trials for me. My Titan is just so much more effective and fun to play, and the Hunter is a sneaky bastard.

I like how classy a lot of the top guys are. Yeah, he’s destroying these guys, but no emotes, no tea-bagging, nothing.

I actually have the complete opposite. My feeling is that it’s going to be an average to above average game that has flaws the fanatics will dismiss and the haters will over exaggerate.
