I’m stoked about this post, as I don’t really smoke anymore. I have a vape I almost never use. Trying not to drink much and now primarily consume edibles to get my chill on.

I do this too. The first step to unraveling these things inside of ourselves is to look directly at them. It’s hard to do. It is a lifetime of work.
