With the amount of people buying new cars and leasing, the average American's equity is drying up. In my opinion, smart people own their vehicles. If I lived with my parents I'd be able to buy a new M3. Except, I wouldn't.

You learn something new every day about battery life.

Numbers are hard :(

Every 55 days... though, I admit they do give tickets to Galaxy games and the Laugh Factory out here. Sometimes a coupon for TBell. Haven't used any yet over the past year. But I've definitely eaten a bagful of Nutter Butter mini's... Thanks for making me feel so selfish.

Heck ya they do! It's also quite common for very tall buildings to be effectively split into multiple buildings in order to localize stack effect to each section, before pressure differences get out of control like that. Happens often here in LA, even where the climate is not extreme.

The property tax bill from the assessors office doesn't list owner's info per California Government Code, Division 7, Chapter 3.5, Article 1, Section 6254.21 read here.

Those are some pretty cool ideas! Could also use it as a gage to determine if you have any huge leaks in your home, which might be nice if you live in new england and rely on A/C for life support in the summers.

Great tip since I have had a rager all day. But that's what I get for cutting back on my coffee.

I figured I'd respond to you since every gold star response below is [embarrassingly] misguided.
