She’s just talking out of the side of her mouth is all.

Beat me to it.....

The Ongais crash, and the Stan Fox crash, both reminded me of the Martin Donnelly crash. I’ve heard that Senna was among the first on the scene, and parked his car to provide protection, but as I’m currently working, I cannot verify that (gotta love Websense). I’m also not going to post a pic of that, as, IMO, it’s

That is easily the most violent crash I’ve ever seen. Hands down. I own Rapid Response, by Doc Olvey’s book, and it covers that pretty well. I’ve either followed or been involved in racing since the mid-70's until the late 90's, and that crash, bar none, is the most violent and brutal impact I’ve seen.

Saw that live, actually missed a shift to watch the outcome and get updates for him. I was very sad to hear about his death in N.Z.; from what I gather, he was never the same person (i.e., temperament, thought processes, etc), again.

What in the ever-lovin’ hell is THIS crap? Jesus....you guys have a literal All-Star field of termed employees.....it is beginning to remind me of the band in the afterlife, truth told.

Nope. Just more entitled in their minds. ;)

Yeah, I’ve noticed that as well. They will actively go out of their way to inconvenience you. It’s like they forgot basic physics and common courtesy, IMHO.

Funny you should mention that entitlement; we had to go to a wedding two weeks ago up in the Lake Jackson area (caught an alligator gar; that was odd in and of itself, but also a different story) and once we got out of Harris county everything slowed down. People merged when told, followed road instructions, and were

Never had my window punched in; that would be a ‘not good’ experience. The dude who waved a gun at me was on 10 by BW8, in a pick up. He cut across 4 lanes to exit, and I had to lock up the minivan brakes with my wife and (then) infant son in the car. He just casually stuck a gun out the window and waved it around.

I live down here in Houston (about 5 miles from 290 and 6, where this took place) and I can validate that comment. It’s still hilarious though.

I got a well-worn Newton, wonder what that goes for.

Yeah, one doesn’t normally see a 3-9 slider on any pitch, much less the last damn one. Was watching that in Colorado as well, as I was still a collegiate boy at CSU.

You say that like it is a bad thing....

Could not agree more. I have lost numerous friends (I use that term loosely here) in street racing crashes, and in every case it was their fault. One of them wiped out a family of three while driving a fox body Mustang outside of my high school on lunch break.

Hell, I LIVE in Houston, and have never heard of him (Bun/Bunny/Bum, whatever). That said, Im a middle aged white dude driving an 02 Civic Si working as a network admin. Regardless of the vtec (yo), I dont exactly fit the demographic for either rap or Gumball. Unless it comes out of those machines you put a quarter in

Love Jalopnik. Just love it. Love everything about it. Love reading Stef, and David Tracy (he of the two first names), and the rest of the motley crew. That said, even though I’ve had stuff published in a ton of magazines, the logic part of my brain is asking why the hell you guys let Sean and Tyler walk (or forced

I am firmly of the mindset we have not been visited yet (I’ve even written SETI to point out what they are doing wrong, IMO), and yet I’ve seen two things that I cannot explain.

He probably can still sneak in a butt-ugly unibrowed toadkisser, and maybe, seeing as how he IS Keith, after all, a retarded inbred sheepherder. I think the malodorous donkey fucker is out of his reach, however.

Better question is, why the fuck WOULD you want to work for them? They are losing people left and right, and Berman has overstayed his welcome by about 3 decades.
