Well we’re talking about a sex doll so wouldn’t it be “Electric Buggerloo?”

It’s like when they fire the guy stealing office supplies to make a point. Everyone does it, they just got rid of the one who was caught.

“mprovement”?

I’m too weary to look it up but I’m 100% sure y’all have made “M-three-gan” jokes on this site.

They canned Barsanti, but somehow, there’s been no discernible mprovement to Newswire...

In the article:

profoundly stupid or willing to gamble their safety and careers for the sake of some cash.”

I was going to reply the same thing - his acting in the last few minutes of Ordinary People, basically from the golf game to the last line, is amazing. And of course, Mary Tyler Moore’s performance was just as heartbreaking in a different way.

I’ll fully admit, I’m a white guy and not a huge fan of modern hip-hop. I think it’s great that music people like is coming out of this, and I absolutely don’t want to see anybody getting killed over this or anything. It’s just the viciousness of some this stuff bothers me.

Sounds like this all isn’t for you.  Which is fine.  Not everything is for everyone. But this shit is cool and fun rap.  It’s a good thing both these dudes are in their late 30's; there’s no chance this goes further than diss records.  Rap needs this.  Rap doesn’t need more young rappers getting killed over beef.

Great actor. Don't Look Now is a favorite. He's incredible in the last few scenes of Ordinary People as a man processing that his marriage has been dying for a long time.

worth mentioning that, even for katy perry, this song sounds fucking heinous!

Her music is actually horrible, so there’s that. “You PMS like a bitch” is not fine. Her music has always been anti-feminist and anti-woman, so her “knowingly working with that guy” is not a surprise.  It’s just the next step.

Ugh, man.  My 8 yo daughter’s favorite singer is Katy Perry, and it annoys me to no end because I dislike her (Perry, not my daughter) so much.  She’s just the fucking worst.  The sad thing is that she actually had a really good singing voice when she’s not singing her own horrible songs.  Her brand of “feminism” is

Yeah, the convent thing, the pushing for Caruso, and simping for Musk, she’s just kinda been the worst, especially for her music being so mid.

“I believe in innocent until proven guilty and I believe in justice.”

Delightful human and interesting interview. Didn’t realize how much I’d seen her in.
Anyone who carries on with this much verve at 95, has clearly made good choices.
Not sure the paint-by-funny-numbers trailer does the film many favours tho...

She had a small but memorable role as a wedding guest in Palm Springs. I remember Meredith Hagner saying filming it was a blast for her, she spent most of the few days she was on set drinking champagne with June Squibb

Just watched Nebraska again recently, June Squibb very nearly steals the entire movie with her limited screen time. Just that scene in the graveyard where she’s bashing all of the dead people was so hilarious, loved that her character was just too old to be nice at that point. Plus, flashing the gravestone is pretty
