Knowing that Classic is just a huge sandbox has put a stop to my desire to reach level cap now now now now! Which has been a really nice change of pace, from all the other WOW Expansions, where the “real” game starts at level cap.

I don’t get why you would want to rush through classic like that... I’ve just really

The flip side is that this is basically as much story as anything gets in Slay the Spire, which is definitely a game that tells it’s story in the margins. (FWIW: I think this is all great.)

Yeah the only potential for story is if they made a special scene for beating the special boss at the end.
Those are more like a few short panels of a comic

It looks like it’s just an additional character class to be used in the base game.

IRL One Piece.

Yeah, and there was no 3 billion dollars in losses.  that’s 3 billion dollars in sales that were never going to happen anyways.  People that pirate don’t want to pay regardless.  They’d rather go without, or find another source.  If the publishers want their money, they need to digitize the comics themselves and put

It’s definitely not anime style.

Yea, the art style looks western influenced, and nothing close to anime at all.

i kind of agree.  He didnt try to make them his own.

Calling it anime here is weird. It’s western-style with English subtitles on an English blog drawn by, based on the name, probably not an Asian person. I’m not saying cartoons aren’t anime. Bugs Bunny is anime. If you’re speaking Japanese, it will be referred to as anime and not some katakana version of cartoon

No thank you. The artist has talent but these are just stills that are recreations almost beat for beat of the stills from the show, and in the vein of anime that sucks these days. I expect each one to be awkwardly computer-animated.

This looks more like an American cartoon than an anime.

Official Nintendo recognition:

I read the first few paragraphs before it seemed to be abundantly clear that you have an axe to grind with this type of game and should not be the one reviewing it.  I stopped reading there.

My guess, CCP wanted to know if triggering an alien invasion would result in human players letting go of their petty rivalries, and banding together to fight the common alien foe.

I understand you want to wash your hands of blame, but what purpose does continually pointing these out serve? These projects exist for a while, sometimes years under the radar (some of which literally don’t release anything), Kotaku posts and seemingly within days they’re gone. But yeah, no correlation. All for some

Now playing

There’s a slight level of nonsense here.. Nintendo does not take down all fan games. People like to push this as true but it isnt in the slightest. I can still play super smash flash with no issues. Games by Thunder Dragon like psycho waluigi and toadette strikes back are still downloadable and games like super mario

I miss this style so much :(

These are great! I love that they don’t just look like anime, they look like old anime.

May as well start with Shogun 2!
