@mgw4jc: The handbrake files I believe are .mkv, so you will need the PS3 mkv2vob converter in order to play them (It's free online). If you are using an external usb HD on your PS3, the mkv2vob program is nice enough to cap the file size at 4gig (FAT32 limitations).
