Our current person in charge of voting basically did a huge interview with the Seattle Times saying anybody who wants to can come down to the giant glass walled room and watch the ballots being handcounted. The exasperation at dealing with this idiocy was palpable.

In CO they mail everyone a ballot, but you don’t have to use it and can just vote in person. They track everything to each voter w barcodes so while you technically could try to vote twice I guess, they won’t count your vote twice.
