Yep. That’s the funny part. Emotion and logic are two parts of a discussion/argument. To insist that one needs must be adhered to and that the other should be outright rejected is fencepost dumb.

I could outrageously cite the weakest or wrong parts of this argument but really what’s wrong here and in general is that everyone can understand their own reasonings and not other peoples. They then think that everyone else has to be not thinking about it like they are and being controlled. I mean that’s both the…
You are just saying that because someone walked up to you and pressed “A” aren’t you.
How about a Mario RPG that is somewhat themed like Adventure Time where every kingdom is led by a princess? Bowsette, Boosette, Chompette, Yoshette, etc...
Lol you funny
Lots of pushback from people who’ve been conditioned to view and respond to things only in cartoonish extremes, but I agree.
I must admit. I don’t like either of these (SJW or Anti-SJW) sides.
You know what fueled the “Anti-SJW” Movement? The “SJW’s”did.
That’s exactly why I wait on single player, non-Nintendo games. Saying this as a big Assassin’s Creed fan, give it a few months, and it’ll have more content and fewer bugs at a better price.
The lengthening list of behaviors that you have to practice in order to avoid paying too much for a game that you may not want:
Eh, seems more like an idiot tax than anything. If they want to make cash off folks with no self-control, more power to them. Otherwise this doesn’t really cost consumers anything.
Add 6 months and you can pay $30 in many cases
They should really grandfather in pre online service games. But Nintendo’s gotta be Nintendo.
Hmm, it’s a rare occurrence where I already own both free PS4 games. Bound to happen, I suppose.
The game itself looked pretty disappointing too. After playing FC4 and being almost bored to death by it, I haven’t wanted to play another one. Not even that primal one.
Not until actual wages go up, at least here in the US. Just because it cost more to make something doesn’t mean the price can go up if wages have been stagnant in a place for longer than video games have existed.
Nobody is going to do that. I guarantee if game prices rise to $70-80 these publishers are still going to sell all this extraneous shit on top of it. Nothing will change except the price of entry.
I’m genuinely convinces they don’t really know how to make a quality “classic” style RPG anymore. Octopath was a step in the right direction, but they so clearly half-assed certain elements of the game that would have been unthinkable in the classics.
