I’ll bet you Solara alternator replacement isn’t easier than a 4.6 powered Panther. Takes all of 5 minutes IF you take a coffee break while replacing it.

I liked these when new. I was so disgusted at Ford Mercury for just sticking new bumper covers and ever-smaller grilles on the old Cougar and pretending like we weren’t supposed to notice that it was the same body that had been there since 1989
