Those who drive have a hell of a time finding parking while those who commute by train get boned because the MTA shuts down WAY before the schools.

NYC probably has more resources to remove snow then any other city in the nation. Ask my wife who teaches in NYC who has had to go in the next morning after a 2 foot dumping.
