I don't think so... I had to set the unit to the type of fuel, tank size, engine displacement. I set it up when I first installed it and got lazy with the fill-up thing so I've never let it know when the tank is filled in 3 years.

I agree that it's hard to determine fuel economy. I drive 70 miles each way in my 2001 Jetta TDi. I've installed a "Scangauge II" to monitor engine performance. It reads gallons per hour and has a setting that shows my average MPG and instantly read MPG. In the 3 years I've owned it, I've never had the indicated…
Bugatti needs to follow the VW program. Branch out into sedans, vans, trucks, vans and light commercial vehicles. I can see a Bugatti Fridolin edition. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkswage… Gives a new meaning to Speedy Delivery.
Tied at 23 with my CP vote.
Toyota Venza. I think it looks like a big, square AMC Pacer and now the new Toyota Highlander looks like the new Pacer Wagon. I'm bothered by this vehicle because Toyota was disparaging the Buick Roadmaster in one of their early ad campaigns and telling people the the station wagon was un-hip while the Venza was…
I don't even have to look at any of the details to decide that this in NP. Any day, all day NP. Yes, please, may I have one!
I would like to offer as #11: Chevrolet's gamble on the Corvair line. A departure from the traditional concept. Smaller, full line offering something for almost every segment: Coupe, Sedan, Wagon, Panel Van, Passenger Van and 2 rear engined pickup models.
Does this mean I'm going to have to remember another headlight pattern?
Be in the lane before you need to make a left (of right) turn. Don't bully your way into the turn lanes at the last moment.
I know 2 people who owned a Yugo in the 80's. Both a classmate named Linda and my future wife both drove red Yugos. They both worked at the same mall in Hadley, Mass. I don't remember much about Linda's aside from a mechanic left a screwdriver in the carburetor when he closed the hood and punched a hole in the…
Levorg. Grovel spelled backwards. Nice looking car and interesting, too.
100 is for lightweights. Las Vegas in July. 110 degrees and up. I suffered without a/c for too long so I know it is possible manage without it but I'll take the additional weight and horsepower vampire.
Nevada residents agree. Working a/c is the most important automobile feature. In my first 4 1/2 years of living in Las Vegas, none of our cars had functioning a/c. The new 98 Rodeo was a welcome addition to the family. When spring returns, I'll be bringing the Jetta to get the a/c fixed. It died in late September…
Saw a Dodge Rampage yesterday on my way to work! It took some thinking to remember what it was.
Looks like an 87. I had an 85 1/2. It was a decent appliance but salty roads we not good for it. I had it for 8 years and 113k miles. It was very reliable and had plenty of power for what it was (and 1000 times better and more reliable than the 87 Taurus that we had at the same time).
There are better ways to add V8 power to a Corvair. The grille looks ok the taillights, not so much. CP all day.
My screenname is v8corvairpickup and I approve of this message.
I'd vote CP but the button is not there to click...The price is decent but the result isn't. A CJ5 isn't the greatest Jeep and a Datsun roadster isn't the greatest roadster but someone's made both worse.
It isn't really a car...but it does have a total of 7 seatbelts. 4 cylinders, 22re engine, 112 hp and 3 speed slushbox with overdrive. Curb weight of about 6000 pounds.
Add the Turbo-Diesel engine. I'd be more interested. I think the packaging of the basic van is very good and in my opinion it is pretty well laid out but the decision to import it with only the gas engine was a mistake.
