You can do something similar on a mac by clicking on your hardrive and tell it to open all subfolders (I forget the shortcut) and the go ahead and access expose.

just throwing this out, but I would guess that the entire frontclip is on a hinge that opens outward (not sure of the correct term for that style)
I think she run towards that area after the water dropped because the camera guy rotated 180 degrees and took a few steps forward. I still say it missed her and then she positioned herself after the fact to where the final part of the report takes place.
she barely got damp from the "hundreds of gallons of water". it looks like it missed her by 15 ft. at least. she just got some spray on her, thats it.

yep noticed it after watching the video again, kept on having to remind myself that this was not the same concept as a ballon with water in it will not pop if a flame is applied to it rather the water will boil.
in camp we had guys do something similar take an empty water bottle, spray deodorant into it, and then stick a light near the mouth of the bottle. you were able to control the flame by squeezing the bottle. never heard of one blowing up like that though.
