@jcd302: side note: ever notice the similarities between Mahidra's logo and the old Plymouth one?
@jcd302: side note: ever notice the similarities between Mahidra's logo and the old Plymouth one?
@R2Dad: yeah it's called the Hammerhead Eagle i-Thrust and was created by TG inc.
@Dogen: side note: sponsoring is advertising, correct? but is advertising a form of sponsoring? in the sense that the ad money does pay for stuff, then yes it is sponsoring.
"If the panel wants cars and trucks to get 62 mpg on average by 2025"
@SerialThriller: correct, twice in-fact
@Acemonster: you mean im not?!? I thought I was after watching this, its the only way my brain could accept what my eyes were seeing
but they spoke english at the end way not make whole thing english?
@spiegel1, Turboner: you know my comment applies to my own comment, but if I would have taken my own advice and not posted said comment there would have been no advice to be had....
@Michael Scrip: oh, oops
@spiegel1, Turboner: Not ganna take credit for this as it is a comment from youtube. (doesn't apply to your comment just reminded me of it no offense is intensely being directed anywhere)
@Dragoona: that makes sense, I guess you can consider it an "advertising pop up" of sorts. could be a sign that jeremy clarkson is now in charge of the marketing division of VW
@Dogen: while you are correct about the "halo effect" this may not apply to the VW/ghostbusters commercial, I will use your example of the Gilette commercial to prove my point, in that case a company (Ie: Gilette) shows a celebrity (Ie: Roger Federer) using their product (Ie: fusion razor)
@HallaEks: can I have $40?, I wanna do it twice. :)
@Dragoona: so your saying that they are "sponsoring" a 26+ year old cult film
@El Guano: exactly my point, any company can take any fight/chase/action scene (assuming they work out the copyright issues)
so what VW is promoting, is commercials that show rondam yet desirable videos that have nothing to do with the product/company that is being advertised.
can you do burnouts and whatknot with it or do they cut you off if you start hooning it
dips
