Wow, fuck you dude.
Wow, fuck you dude.
Huh. I always thought Kimmy was way hotter and more fun than DJ. Mind you, I was 13 when my sister started watching Full House in syndication.
With freeway on-ramps for arms!
There's a bit in the commentary where the writers point out that if you follow a really lazy, sexist joke by immediately clobbering the male characters responsible for said joke, it de-fangs the sexist nature of the gag a bit.
So, is his increasingly degraded sense of syntax some kind of by-product of a breakdown of the genetic code from excessive copying?
What's great is it's Maurice LaMarche doing his Jon Lovitz voice, quoting a Shatner-ism.
You heard the man!
Zoidberg is the MVP of "Parasites Lost"
Oh boy, that sounded bad…
I don't think Rex Banner would talk into his wallet or pronounce gyros as "jeye-ros", so it evens out.
Oh yes, tubby.
The baby looked at you?
I feel like Archer meeting Lana's parents would be funnier if they end up thinking he's great, with her actually hoping her parents would hate him. Archer on paper sounds like a catch; Wealthy, secure government job, knows how to cook, has a gay friend, loves animals, physically fit, useful in an emergency, fiercely…
This hits the "Grimdark" button a little too hard, but the overall idea isn't terrible. The concept behind Power Rangers is actually pretty cool, although the execution was pretty faulty. There's a reason it became so popular. Kids really latched onto the idea of a multi-racial, multi-gender team of superheroes…
I always got the impression that there were other Slytherin students besides Malfoy's crew who were probably just ignorant rich kids who were following tradition. In the end, even Draco had a redemptive arc…sorta.
What's interesting to me, is that while Rowling never comes out and says it, it's heavily implied that Wizards and Witches originally lived in harmony with muggles, with ancient tales of sorcerers and magic being basically true in the HP universe (IE: Merlin is a real wizard.)
I think they're setting something up for the finale. It just seems like this season is playing up Mallory's isolation from the group. She actually seems a bit lonely. I don't think she and Ron really got back together.
Also, she's in love with Archer. She said as much in last season's finale. And she hates that she is. Clearly. There's room for some interesting character work there but this season has kinda dropped the ball on that situation.
Aauuggggh it's not making it stronger!
I wonder if they still make that shampoo I like.
