If I were the judge considering that amount, I would take this as evidence that he hasn’t learned his lesson, won’t change his behavior, and would adjust the award to make sure it prevents him from doing this again.

See, this is why I hoard physical media. I looked at my pile of (mostly unwatched) DVDs, Blu-Rays, and 4K UHD BDs the other day and realized I was a video prepper. 

Plus more and more studies have shown that simple cloth masks can help but are not the best protection.

I imagine every day millions of Americans get to ask the question, “Should I risk what it’s going to cost me to seek medical care or find out if it’s something I can handle on my own?”
