Wow, the character that acts like Bugs Bunny on the anime behaves like a real life Bugs bunny on the TV show.

I mean... I see people moaning about how terrible this is but I don’t know how you adapt Ed to live action faithfully and not have it look like this. Ed’s character was only barely tolerable in the anime BECAUSE the show was animated, and the suspension of disbelief wasn’t painted onto the floor as part of the

Third option; personal vendetta against Chrissy Teagan

Jesus Christ this is a stretch.

Celebrities are most likely to have high-end boots that rarely, if ever, encounter actual dirt. Those are obviously the boots to lick, if that’s your thing.

But does anyone other than the hyper analytical online crowd really care about the optics? I mean, yes, I can see how it’s in bad taste, but I’m fairly certain for most people it’s just another weird theme party a celebrity is throwing.

I think it’s more the character development and layers that add to the popularity of the show and not the actual plot since it’s been done in so many ways. Viewers get emotionally attached to those characters.

“People enjoyed something more than I did. Obviously, they are morons.”

Slow news day or this blog is finally dead?

She’s done and said some stupid things. This shouldn’t be added to that list.

Having seen all of Squid Game, I don’t get the hype. It’s fine. The ending sucked (I won’t reveal spoilers). Teigen is far from the first person to not understand that the themes of the series are meant to horrify you. One of my friends on FB is trying to find a perfect match for the #456 jacket for their kid. Like,

Of all the things to be outraged about in the world, this is very low on my priority list.

Oh for fuck’s sake. Squid Game costumes DOMINATED Halloween this year, are you going to go after every single person that wore one or are you just singling out Chrissy because she’s the bête noire of the moment?

I mean, I’m not even close to being Team Teigan here, but I mean what if they just really like the show? Is it really important for them to be thinking of the political undertones of it? Maybe I’m just at the point where I think asking everyone to be smart is too much.

Oh for God’s sake. Is there nothing more pressing about which to be aggrieved?

Those poor fictional characters! I can’t imagine how their nonexistent hearts must be breaking over seeing this!

The people you saw in Squid Game were actors that were cosplaying as poor people. The people at Teigan’s party were cosplaying as characters in a TV show. Squid Game isn’t real. This is all pretend.

There are many things one could criticize Teigen for, but throwing a party themed around the biggest television show of the year is not one of them.

How dare you not include the actual theme song in this article

My take, as well. And I don’t think it was the poor French-English translation, either. Character motivations are puzzling, some emotional threads end abruptly, overall it’s not very readable.
