Yes, I'm sure Nintendo will call up their processing plants right now to get more Switches made. You are aware China was under lockdown for the past 3 months, right? This is the manufacturing shortfall we were going to see because of it.

This is why stores should have a limit to how much you can buy of popular product. In the end if they are constantly out of supplies people will directly turn to other sources that will damage the stores in the long run.
I always thought they used Kate Upton’s body with Yvonne Strahovski’s face.
Not necessarily. Now they are left with many more dissatisfied customers. It’s why retailers currently have limits on things like TP. They don’t want a bunch of angry customers. Something like the Switch is probably just flying under the radar right now, but you’ll often see limits placed on consoles when they are…
You are speaking as if the retailers care - they don’t. They got their money. In fact this might be doing them a favor, since they can box all their stock in one outgoing box to mail out, rather than one outgoing box per unit. The losers here are the other end users, not the manufacturer or retailer.
That’s what happened with toilet paper. When the store stopped taking returns and people were stuck with decades worth of toilet paper those people got pinched hard.
“had to”?
Why are bots even allowed on ecommerce platforms??
By giving them your money, you’re rewarding their behavior.
Yes, but also due to Nintendo’s supply and demand economics. This is a very unique time as a lot of retail stores that house Switches are closed, but the precedent was definitely set with the Wii when it dropped (possibly even before).
There is an easy fix for this. Limit one item per shipping address. Do a check at checkout and if the item has sent to that address within a certain amount of time (a month seems reasonable) block the sale. No P.O. Boxes if you want to be even more sure.
Also amazon didn’t like my review either
This just makes me want an animated Selena Gomez movie where she uses a Jetpack to fight crime.
Good luck suing a chinese “company.”
Extremely, profoundly stupid of them to literally just trace over that picture of her. They easily could have used it just as reference and then changed up the wardrobe and facial features a bit so that it wasn’t so clearly her.
Coldest take in the history of the Internet. Quarantine boredom doesn’t excuse baseless libel.
I don’t get the blanket outrage for people being landlords. Are they good landlords? Do they take care of the property? Do they offer reasonable rental rates comparable to similar properties? Do they keep rent increases limited? Then what’s the problem with making an investment that provides a decent place to live?…
My niece rents from a landlord who is property rich and has a limited income. He has told her he’s sorry she and her husband have both been laid off however the rent is still due.
“it should be easily agreed upon that accumulating rental profit from the wages of people likely making far, far less than you is at best a tad questionable.”
WTF
“They’re going to waive the rent for the month of April”
