You saw it a bit with the ranch episode, too. Logan may not have liked Connor very much but he DID seem genuinely impressed with Connor’s real estate savvy.

Con Air being released and Face/Off coming out the very next week (at least in Australia) truly was a great week for cinema in 1997.

Am I remembering wrong or didn’t Jericho return as a web only show, at least partially? In the before times of networks hosting their own programming on their sites for streaming.

I’ll take “shows that started strong and then fell off a cliff” for 20, Alex.

I had the one with the little furry clit in the middle of the keyboard, which would get locked in place and begin making - and then immediately cancelling - calls to the first number in my address book. I ended up stamping on it in an alleyway in a fit of - unobserved, I thought - cathartic rage. Composed myself only t

It might be lacking in the eeriness that defines much of their work, but In Between Days deserves to be much higher, if not top of this list.

It’s fine, being older is all the rage for presidential candidates these days. And to paraphrase his character in Dazed and Confused: “That’s what I love about these voters, man. I get older, they stay the same age.”

Boy, Matthew Perry’s got thoughts on everything, doesn’t he?

Who needs sweet, SWEET validation when you already have that sweet, SWEET Laurel Canyon sound?

Making a sequel to a beloved, quirky comedy twenty years later is a bold move, Cotton. Let’s see if it pays off.

I like that head cannon! Apparently though, the stardate given at the start of the game actually corresponds to it taking place between the very good Descent Part 2, and the very meh Liaisons at the start of season seven.

I loved A Final Unity so much back in the day. It felt just like an episode of TNG. I think it was also my first experience with fully voiced PC gaming? I remember having to jump through some hoops getting it to run on my first ever video card but it was definitely worth the effort. Sad to see it as abandonware.

I thought he was basically asexual (which contrary to popular belief, doesn’t mean someone is an android with zero horniness ever). He doesn’t seem interested in sexual concourse with any other person, only occasional masturbation. And he presents outwardly pervy as a defense mechanism.

Depends on what she means... Because cancellation is a such a nebulous wide reaching concept, you could mean someone like Mel Gibson... Or you could mean someone like Isabel Fall and the helicopter attack story. https://www.vox.com/the-highlight/22543858/isabel-fall-attack-helicopter

This is again probably because the

Gerri says “raised by wolves, exposed to a pathogen that goes by the name Logan Roy” that was a bad line the one they used in the trailers was better. in the trailers she says “ we were schooled by a barbarian who goes by the name Logan Roy”. Thats the better line they didn’t use. The show has been doing this were

I’m not sure where you read that, or how far back you mean when you say “originally”, but evidence suggests Aboriginal Australians have been on the land continuously for between 50 and 60 000 years. (Possibly more; there’s debate about that.) I’d say with that significant a stretch of time, it probably doesn’t matter

African American may be a non-specific term, but it’s useful here in Australia where Black could otherwise refer to our indigenous population, or actual migrants from various African countries, of which we have a fair few. (I think Senegalese may be one of the larger diaspora, but don’t quote me on that.)

Or you could, I dunno, use a news website like The Guardian to find out what’s going on in France. It’s not as though there’s a news blackout going on. Americans aren’t typically interested in what’s going on in other countries, hence the lack of coverage over here.
