Really sad about this one. McVie had an incredible voice and an amazing songwriting talent.

I bailed early on the reboot because of the above-mentioned issues but this sounds a bit more like it. I’ll check it out.

Neither here, not there, but The Day After Tomorrow, while I fully acknowledge isn’t great, is a movie I generally watch once a year. It’s so fucking rewatchable and it’s an easy way to spend a few hours. 

I rewatched it a couple of weeks ago for the first time in nearly 20 years.

Carvel was really good as Blair. Not quite on the level of Michael Sheen but he gets the voice right.

I was disappointed we got so little of John Major’s relationship with the Queen and his government, comparative to the previous PMs.

Nemesis I personally think is the worst. The story is shit, the actors all look mixtures of bored, annoyed or tired and it’s such a weak ending for the TNG era.
