Cute kid, smells a lot more like a child actor than a child inventor though.

Who sees these things since every browser in the past 4 years has a built-in search bar?

@RuckingFetard: Sure it does, lots of macho computer janitors see people who use Apple products as limpwristed.

@bikmate: You're right, the criticism is unwarranted, especially in light of Nokia's own CEO admitting their failure publicly this week.

@Bluecold: If management felt the interface sucked, and if they felt this was important to fix, they would have directed their employees to fix it.

Bias? I'm expressing an opinion, not writing an editorial for a newspaper. Back to school with you.

An excellent product like Chrome being so tightly integrated with a piece of junk like Flash is not a win.

Why is it that there isn't a single decent Windows trackpad out there after all these years?

I doubt too many iPad haters are lined up to stay at the Plaza.

@1 Inch Punch: And therefore it is cool to copy someone's else's entire product platform from top to bottom.

Oh boy, another HTC Android phone just like all the oth zzzzzz ...

@dinoSnake: Stop dodging the question. Prove that Apple sold the iPad as a "superior ebook reader" and show how it no longer qualifies as such in a way that meets relevant laws, which you should also cite.

@dinoSnake: Your suitability argument rests on the definition of what makes an effective ebook reader. If Kindle is an effective ebook reader, even though it only supports a single ebook store, then clearly iPad is as well. If you disagree then state why; Amazon having a superior bookstore cannot be a reason otherwise

@pismosi: ENIAC should get the credit, since it's all just ones and zeros at the end of the day.

@Mark 2000: Well I'm afraid if you're going to claim Apple is in violation of the law through this action, the burden of proof is on you to cite the laws or at least a general legal principle they they're violating, otherwise you risk looking like a reactionary.

@dinoSnake: Please show how iPad fails to remain a "legally suitable" ebook reader even if Amazon, Sony and the rest withdraw their stores from the platform, since can you still buy books through iBooks, and upload any book you like via PDF including the entire Gutenberg library.

@Mark 2000: Yeah, I can't think of how this is grounds for a lawsuit either.

@pismosi: You know, iPhone/iOS, iTunes Music, App Store, iBooks, iPad, all the stuff that Google cloned for Android.

whoops
