It seems to me that the feeling is a Black women doesn't DESERVE the riches that those non-earning white men have, and must apologize for it at every turn, not enjoy it, and of course give it all away.

Yes, I do think the vitriol towards Beyonce for being named number one on this Forbes list is a bit odd. It seems as if she is being held to a higher standard than other women in similar positions, and no matter what she does, she is wrong. So, if she does something "unfeminist", she isn't just a bad/confused/not yet…
Gee, then how come all of these minorities, women, and homosexuals report being decidedly NOT bulletproof once they're hired? Contrary to what straight white males are complaining about these, days, people in those groups do not receive any kind of preference over you, and you still have privilege. Sheesh.
Surely you've read the comments that are critical of Beyonce every time a piece is done on her? I don't see how you could miss them. Do you not see anything strange about (or at least the irony in) your ability to appreciate a story written about one aspect of Cameron Diaz's life, but not appreciate a story written…
Out of curiosity, I looked at some of your other posts and didn't see any other comments about how horrible other celebrities are simply because they are too rich (granted, I didn't read them all). Why rag on Beyonce's millions and not every other celebrity talked about on this site?
Yeah, I know exactly what that comment was trying to do...
Oh, get the fuck out of here. Women can add or subtract hair to their heads whenever they want, however they want, and for whatever reasons they want, "for the sake of vanity" included. Please.
So...you think it's cool to make fun of her fucking hair weave now? Do you take issue with ALL of the celebrities who wear fake hair (that would be most female celebrities, at some point), or just this Black woman?
I don't think she needs any excuse, and she is only apologizing because that's what one does in these situations. She is not wrong in the least. Her criticisms and critiques are spot on. She just has to learn how to play the game a little better, i.e., learn when and how to pretend to be compliant, unless she can…
What isn't much to complain about?
So...no comment on the behavior of the white students that gets routinely overlooked, as well as the blatantly racist and sexist attacks made on this girl and how no one being punished for these things looks next to her being vilified and forced to resign for mocking the stereotypical dudebro at this school? You're…
So...Mangiello and I work together? And I oozed creepy sexual innuendo on camera when he had to put on a bathing suit at work? And another co-worker tried to diffuse the situation?
She's not mocking the appearance of white people, though. She is mocking a select group: the white male attendees of her expensive prep school. You know, the ones who sent semi-nude pictures of her to the entire freshman class, insist that they can say "nigger", and believe that the Black Power salute can be compared…
This woman has been a target from the beginning, and is reacting to incredible tension, including sexual harassment. I'm sure they're also not thrilled that she is an out lesbian.

Um...if you can't see the difference, you are probably not smart enough to stalk me.
Some of the atmosphere endured by non-white students going to that school:
I have no intelligent questions - just...why are you so awesome???
Gender privilege? LOLOLOLOLOL
If that's what you learned from those comments, I feel sorry for you.
