Ah, I get what you’re saying. It’s definitely judgy, but it’s unfortunately also somewhat accurate - I am happy to share info if you want to see it (I am guessing you don’t) but there’s a fair amount of info out there about how intense nursing school is, from the beginning. It’s not unusual for her to have 100 pages

I’m glad you understand what I was getting at - it’s possible to have a great time at college without going to parties and getting drunk every night.

I don’t think you are being Debby Downer but I think you’re misunderstanding - she’s having fun, but she’s already realized that going to parties every night and getting hammered is not compatible with the incredibly rigorous program she’s in. At her school (like many) there are kids who drink to excess several times

Don’t worry about her, she’s definitely having fun - she’s just over getting hammered while she’s doing it. The kids started drinking in HS on and off (not driving, using Uber) and I think she’s seen that while the occasional night of substance-induced fun is enjoyable, it’s just not the way she wants to live.

I wonder too. I mean, she goes out and has fun, has friends and a boyfriend, but she is more happy going to eat a great meal and laughing with friends than she is doing shots of cheap vodka with frat boys.

My almost-19 year old daughter has been at college for four weeks and she is already past wanting to go out and get drunk, which is amazing to me. In her exact words from a text she sent me “(HS friend at neighboring school) keeps texting me to ask me where the parties are. Girl, I’m a nursing major. I’m studying.

Please tell me “Gretched” wasn’t a typo - because that’s awesome.

The dog is in scenes all over season one - I just started season two. Think about when Issa was staying at Molly’s and sitting on her couch waiting for her to come home - I think the dog is a French Bulldog, maybe? Named Flavor Flav? And it wears a clock around its neck. What, just me?

Used talc all through college, stage one ovarian cancer diagnosed in 1986 - too early to qualify for a lawsuit but I am a believer.

I can’t say enough about how powerful this is - it really got me in the gut. And as a daughter of a man I had to cut loose, both for my needs and those of my child, I respect your choice greatly.

Wherefore art thou, Steadman?

She’s in one of the pics if you click on the story.

I walked through the room yesterday when my daughter was watching an old BH rerun just in time to hear Yolanda say “She stabbed me below the belt.” That one took me a second to work out.

Looks like he’s gonna have some time on his hands so Rich might want to give him a call.

Thirteen years, believe it or not. Did all I could but in the end it was just not a good match (shocking, I know).

Yep! My first husband lived with a woman for three years and then proposed to me after two weeks.

LW1 - I ignored it and ignored it then procreated with it and then left it. May ye not be so stupid - he’s not going to get better, it’s just gonna get worse. My final straw was when he hid the car keys so I couldn’t go vote. And now my kid has a crazy-person, 24-hour-fox-news-watching, conspiracy-theorist dad. Not

We have a security system with an app that will tell you if the doors are locked and the garage door is shut. Life-changing.

Highly ironic considering that Ryan Seacrest IS the reason the Kardashians are famous.

ESPN doesn’t pay this man enough money to afford a stainless fridge?
