Agreed, and I don’t. It probably explains why it’s nails on a chalkboard for me. I mentioned in a previous post, but I went to school with kids who learned Japanese to subtitle a lot of Anime in the 80's. It’s second nature.

Erm, I meant subtitles. Sunday’s aren’t the best for reading comprehension.
Opinions. I actually prefer the dubbing so I can listen to the original voices.
I’ll also admit I am prejudiced. I went to school (high school) with the first group of kids who spent time subtitling Anime back when people wouldn’t spend money on it. Most of them ended up moving to Japan doing that kind of work.
Sheesh, the dubbed version is awful.
Brother Jaime, realizing the threat of a burning Kings Landing was enough to kill a King. Knowing his sister did so to avoid prosecution.
I misss that sound. Isn’t it interesting how important the tactile and auditory response is for composition.
TRIGGERED!
This movie has every color in the rainbow, and I want to live there!
No other comment needed. Well done.
Yeah, except Tony can’t give him Maturity /and Wisdom. Maybe the guidance is making him face these people without the gadgets. He’ll get the wisdom that he doesn’t need them, and the maturity to use them only when necessary.
Don’t be delicate, be honest.
Show me on the dolly where the bad woman hurt you.
At least she picked the Percy Sledge version, right?
Counterpoint: “When a man loves a woman” is absolutely a love song.
Fun Fact: When Defamer still existed, the editor and I got into an email exchange about Rattner directing what was then going to be the third X-Men film. At one point he said “If Rattner could, he’d create a hooker mutant whose ability was to turn into a flaming car explosion.”
Bill Cosby was my first comedy album, my first comedy special. He was the guy who wanted to teach me to draw. He was the guy who did my favorite cartoon show that wasn’t Bugs bunny or Daffy duck, filled with kids I knew.
It’s Cholula.
Parenthood is where you’ll find an apreciation of Dax. I think a lot of the roles he gets are an exaggeration of his laid back behavior. Sometimes it’s to the point of parody.
