At the very least I expect them to have a role in Iron Fist they way Hydra and the Ten Rings pop up everywhere.

I've been saying for years now he needed to show up either in AoS or Carter. Major missed opportunity.
Not in real-New York, but in Marvel-New York? It's a miracle anyone still lives there considering the shit that keeps happening. The whole city must have ptsd.
Agreed, which is why I think his interactions with the wider universe need to be sparse.
My guesses were either Kingpin, the Chaste, Madame Gao, or a surprise MCU character. Having him be a guy exclusively limited to Frank's story made sense though, and I'm kind of glad it did.
You know that's all going to be saved for when her story comes to its inevitable tragic end. They've put all the pieces in place now, including the most important: she knows who Daredevil is.
Loving this Netflix-verse. I kinda wished Jessica's office door had been open…
Regarding Punisher's minimal role in the finale: it's not his show, and his story effectively ended last episode. His intervention in the ninja fight I took to simply be his first act as a fully-formed Punisher: he heard about the battle on the police radio and showed up to do some punishing. That simple.
So with Nobu taking Bullseye's role in Elektra's story, that has me quite worried for Karen once he does show up. He's the obvious choice for the next main villain, Kingpin needs a wet works guy, and I suspect "Born Again" and "Guardian Devil" are going to get merged into a season
I couldn't get over how Nelson & Murdock were allowed to make the trial about the murder of Frank's family and not the murders he committed.
My only point is that Matt could've said "Not the same thing, Stick," and been 100% correct.
I was expecting Kingpin as an epilogue to the last episode, but brining him back in earlier so that he could have a little story line with Frank was great.
Stick's knock on Matt's "belief system" was just theological ignorance, which Matt (like a lot of Catholics) would share.
Rory's dad…still waiting. :(
Clara could die in every episode!
Knowing that Clara is leaving and that River is returning for the X-Mas special implies to me that we're wrapping up threads from previous seasons instead of new ones.
Not sure about that. Earlier they clued us in that the snake dude had become one of the hanging wires. Seemed like they were putting things in place…
The minute they both were laughing I was expecting Davros to do the "I'm evil still!" whiplash.
Vader lines…said in a very Palpatine-ish voice.
I liked that the Doctor came simply because Davros was sick and asked.
