Sounds horrible, and makes me feel good for never buying an Microsoft console.

I like to surf the net sometimes when I eat, and going to Kotaku's main page was a bad idea... twice. Not NSFW, but NCFE.

Have you played Dragon Quest IX?

I'm what the kids called in 2005 a "Nintendo fanboy" I believe. I think it's amazing how they can compete against Sony and Microsoft based on the greatest of their games and hardware gimmicks/innovations (you can chose which word to use).

The only way for this to make sense is if they show their latest console before the WiiU launches, it does something amazing the WiiU doesn't and makes people wait for it over getting a WiiU.

I'd argue most people that self-identify as "core gamers" are actually PC gamers who came over to consoles with the Xbox/Xbox360, and us console gamers were playing kiddy stuff like Mario World and Secret of Mana when they were playing Doom and Command and Conquer.

"core" gamers wasn't an expression until the 360 generation, so to me it sounds like people invented a term to exclude the Wii.

This explains why people have a problem with 50% being average. 80% becomes average.

I'm guessing America has it standardized?

80 is a B-? Where do you live? I've been to a few universities, and 80 ranges from B+ to A- at them.

I think I've played 1 too much for anything to compare.

Will I have to play through XIII to get to XIII-2 good times? Yes. Yes I will.

Really?

I'm going to do a confession.

Fair enough! I was only going by what was written in the article.

That's true. Basic Japanese grammar is even simpler than English, and it's considered a hard language. Funny how that happens.

Really? It has like 85% loan words, and is a mesh of Germanic and Latin languages. I would assume a purely Latin language would be easier.

Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) not France! :)

I believe there's ways to make your dough black. I doubt it tastes much different from the normal processed unhealthy hamburger buns at "normal" North American cheap burger joints.

I've never seen the movie, but after seeing that clip I kind of want to. Kind of reminds me of Surf Ninjas.
