Can it possibly be better than The Roman Holidays?

I suppose it wasn’t on the level of her more celebrated work, but she did a yeoman’s job. R.I.P.

You guys I’m really, really looking forward to seeing a movie in the theater again.

“She?” I always thought Spinderella was a fella!

Daria’s definitely the biggest ratio of how integral its soundtrack is vs. how impossible it would be to clear. The show is perfectly fine with filler tracks, but the regular use of contemporary hits as background and bumper music was such a key part of the show’s flavor. The show’s definitely of its time, but the

On the contrary, it’s quite better.  And not as loud and obnoxious. IMHO.

For real, one of the very fucking best songs of the 90s, any genre. I’ve loved Jamiroquai ever since, even though a lot of their stuff sounds pretty similar. Brilliant video, brilliant pre-CGI effects, brilliant vocals, brilliant instrumentals, catchy as hell... ticks all the boxes. (Plus, “Travelling Without Moving” d

Fuck I didn’t know that about him. Breaks my heart every time I hear this, because he looked so well in public (I guess that’s why they call it “stage health”). Goodness knows this year has wreaked havoc on sobriety. My cousin went from a secret drinker to a full blown alcoholic this year. Cost him his job, his

I’m unashamed to say I love this movie. It’s Reynolds at his most Reynolds, Faris at her most Faris, and Hagerty hasn’t been this funny since Airplane.

“Ignoring” isn’t really the word I’d use for the book. Honestly, I think modern eyes could do interesting things with Ma’s prejudices as compared with Laura’s childish view of things. The contrast is there already, but could be used more effectively.

This is really shitty on Disney's part. They had a great opportunity to bring back a show and give a more adult perspective with a grown up version of the same character. The show already was pretty heavy with the teenage girl love stuff that it's kind of stupid that Disney didn't want to acknowledge that the same

I saw every episode, from the day it premiered to the finale. I thought it declined like everybody else, but I also didn’t get too pissed about it, and I didn’t think it became bad enough to be unwatchable. I even felt more sorry for Andy fucking up his life than anything, as far as that story went. So I have no great

I liked the original a lot when I was growing up so don’t agree with the knocks on it. It hasn’t aged that well (like most shows of that era) but it was engaging at the time and still has enough of a fanbase today to justify the reboot because the characters were fun to watch.

I binged the series, on a day when I was depressed and would do anything to procrastinate confronting my problems, and found it to be an uncanny valley imitation of a good show, rather than actually being a good show (not good enough to enjoy for being good, not bad or self-aware enough to enjoy as campy).

Oh god I'm sorry.  Lost my mother to cancer three years back.  Sometimes wonder if I'm alright but sharing with understanding people does help dull the pain.

I never fail to laugh at her Janis Joplin song. “You know you got it...if you bought it with things!”

Sung by Jackie Jormp-Jomp, ideally.

They should’ve given this to the people who made Jackie Jormp-Jomp.
