So how does JK Rowling, possibly the most successful author of the 21st century, fit in to all this? It’s very safe to say that many, many men and boys have read her books over the past 24 years. Has she simply achieved a “just not that woman” status on this site?

As an industry-adjacent person, I can tell you that Jamey Stegmaier is the worst possible person to reference when it comes to delays in freight and shipping. I work in international logistics, mainly taking things from China to the US. Been doing that for about 4 years now, and this is truly something I’ve never seen before. Prices for sea shipping are about 6 times higher than what we had pre-COVID, and to make things worse, shipping companies know that space is difficult…

I’ve played a lot of board games online over the last year, but they don’t really compare to being able to actually get together and play games together. Plus, while most of the online services are decent, they’re still incredibly clunky compared to being able to actually move pieces around with your hands.

There has been a bit of a renaissance over the past couple years in the tabletop gaming community as a whole.  There are more mature-themed games being put out and more readily available in places like Target and bookstores, as well as various local game stores.
