I’m really curious about the top competitors in those two sports.   Is it that there is no high profile competitor that has high T?  Or is it that all the top competitors have high T?  I’m suspecting it’s the latter, and they don’t want to disqualify everyone in the field.

Don’t think of the classifications as “women” and “men”. Think of them as “restricted T” and “unlimited”.  If she wants to race with higher than allowed T, she can run in the “unlimited” class.

You’re just being willfully blind to the ways the companies would game such a system.

But you’re not setting CEO pay at X% of their firm.  You’re setting it at X% of the min wage, which is a fixed cap, and thus different from the usual premise.  So all CEOs would make the same amount.

That’ll never work.  That’s effectively setting the maximum CEO pay at X% of the minimum wage, because someone is always making that eventually.

You’ll just end up outsourcing all the low paying jobs, possible in nesting levels.
