But Black and Latino men make more than Black and Latino women. So saying men make more than women is still correct. You could take any man of any racial background, and it would be safe to say that he makes more money than women, on average, and especially women of the same race.

White men make more than white women. Black men make more than black women. In general, men make more than women, so a racial breakdown in this particular instance is irrelevant and unnecessary, imo.
