I’ve often thought there should be a kinja blog or Lifehacker sub-blog dedicated to bicycling. Although maybe there’s not enough content out there.

Looks like a solid setup. Love my Crank Bros multi-tool. I’m a MTB guy so my bag varies a bit from yours. What are you using for a pump and/or CO2?

Shep, glad you’re posting a few more deals under the photography section. Not the lens I’m looking for, but happy that catagory is finally yielding some good deals. Crossing my fingers for price drop on the Tokina 11-16 2.8 or 11-20 2.8 for Nikon.

Yes! I’m not the only one who measures showers in song lengths.

I’m sure Motorola/Lenovo will get around to updating the Moto X Pure sometime soon. /s

Does this work for videos included in my Prime subscription?

Getting into a decent hard-tail mountain bike is tough, even at your $550 range. I ended up with a used full suspention and still spent $1800 on it.

After looking through my phone I think there’s only a few apps that would work better as an app than a webpage. For me they are Pocket Casts, My Boy! (Game Boy Advance emulator), and Snapseed.

I’d like to keep it under $2000, but since I’ll probably keep the thing for 5+ years. I’m open to spending more. I’m in a comfortable financial position, not saying that couldn’t change, but I have money to pay for the whole thing upfront, but it could just as easily go towards paying off my car loan early. I do need

That’s usually my buying style, which makes me lean towards ordering the Thinkpad and upgrading to an SSD and adding more RAM right off the bat, when in the end I should probably just stomache the sticker shock and buy a decently spec’d Macbook.

I’m at that critical point in life where I’m in the market for a Laptop to replace my well aged desktop. Trying to decide between a 15" Macbook Pro, Dell XPS 15, and a Thinkpad. I do a moderate amount of video and photo editing, although really it’s mostly going to be used for watching Netflix in bed and playing

Looks like lows in the 40's, you’ll be fine. Worst case scenario you throw on an extra layer and cuddle up close.

Where are you going? Likely you’ll be fine, just make sure you bring a patch kit for the air mattress.

I’ve gotten into camping in the last few years, and I definitely could have used a list like this a few years ago. I mostly want to stress that if you’re just starting out, you don’t need all these items to camp. Yes, they’re all nice to have and if you’re regularly camping you’ll probably want them, but if you just

I typically just use an old gallon jug for my water, but agree it would be nice to have one of those hard plastic jugs with a spout.

He was on Highway 61 between Duluth and Two Harbors which is pretty straight. It’s also Bob Dylan famous.
