Has to be sold differently. I don't have a permanent alliance, I have a permanent interest, which is to win the game. You have downplay the idea of loyalty, which many people think is everlasting and they expect you to die on your sword to prove it.

My reaction was different. I thought Hannah did well defending herself and made a persuasive sounding (key word 'sounding') argument that Adam was not the mastermind. BS or not, it sounded credible. That's a lot of the battle right there.
"What's interesting to me is how Adam managed to convince Ken and Hannah that David was somehow a greater threat to win than Adam was."
In the coming series of first-time castaways they ask each other a lot about the health of their respective families. And if one doesn't have a neurosis, paranoia, or some other disability to overcome you'd better concoct one or else you'll be overshadowed. "Where's your personal growth, eh?" Hydrophobia may work.
"You know Hannah, David is the most important person in my life, but after talking to you I remembered I have a daughter, and I now realise she's #1. Thanks, Hannah, for convincing me." Sure.
"Your kid, he hid in one of my trucks and machined gunned a bunch of my men now. And I brought him home . . . safe and sound. And . . . I fed him spaghetti!"
Definitely has a Niʻihaun accent.
Yikes! Great catch. How did the patriarchal bogeyman forget about her? Vote Hannah off next!
I reckon when the boy is drinking it in front of his mum Jeff has his CYA and the crew backs off.
Barring one-shot one-kill Cindy, Oceanside community is filled with the most inaccurate shooters yet. An untrained soldier is a wasted soldier.
Thank you for this informative comment. I don't whether you're AC Nielsen or a person who simply did some research, but an effort post shows respect for your readers. You are my hero for the day.
Zoinks! The hero coach was a double agent. Of course he was! And now America's sports secrets have been betrayed. Very strange the Russians would blow his cover when he was so successfully undercover - there he is in the Oval Office meeting the president. "Hi, Mr President!" "You are a hero because you ran 400m fast."…
I'm not an American either, but at most I'm ambivalent about the election results, as I was about every other election result in countries where I don't live. Yanks and their self-importance. Get over yourselves. I do enjoy reading catastrophic comments though, so that's something to look forward to.
I found Phil's comment really farfetched. The VC is very rare and it's not a medal one could steal off another, like how some Allied troops would take Iron Crosses off of dead Nazis. Of course Phil was not the most tactful person, so his comment sounds truthy.
Now, he's pissed off many of the Millennials with this move. Has he? Certainly Hannah is upset, but I haven't seen any ability from her to be decisive and woo people. The blindside vote a few weeks back wrecked her. Tonight it was one over reaction after another as the votes were read and then the aftermath. Can she…
I don't necessarily mean these specific minority women.
I was thinking about this when I read her bio and saw her next-day interview. Her customers are less savvy investors - no offence to those who own time shares. The sales angle is to present these as the most obvious sure-fire investment + vacation fun. I reckon the rejection rate is high, so she has to be efficient…
Sorry, I don't preference one over another. I find that patronising and also smacks of tokenism. Michaela was the most entertaining player but I didn't find her this way because of her colour. Very attractive, great athleticism, good for a quote, but so-so social game. When she was laying out her shells my first…
Why is that unfortunate? What makes them more important than the other players?
Surely entertaining and athletic. She may be smart and good with a quip, but she isn't clever. If you watch her next day interview she's convinced that her plan would have worked. It may have. But there are too many variables in this game to be that certain. A betrayal. An idol is played. Someone becomes ill and…
