YES! I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to do a quick verbal follow up on what seemed a simple email. Sometimes it’s just easier to have a 5 minute meeting to deal with something than bat it back and forth in email.

For meat kabobs, I recommend using flat metal skewers. I can’t say the exact reason why, but the meat has a different flavor when grilled/bbq’d with them. Also, round skewers just let everything move all over the place. The flat skewer makes turning the food a lot more simple.
