Ah jeez, do we honestly need to point out that both Gabby and Jimmy are very close, have the loss of their best friend/wife in common, have both being going through difficult times recently, and both are at the end of a party where copious alcohol (and other drugs) was consumed?

If you want to hang out, you’ve gotta take Keri Russell out, cocaine bear
If you want to get down, down with Ray Liotta, cocaine bear

Derry girls is my favorite but how much was really netflix and how much was it really a BBC channel 4 tv show that netflix streams for the US? not sure.

I don’t really care about grades, but giving this a C+ isn’t consistent with the AV Club “easy A” system. This site gives so many high grades that I thought anything getting a B was due to be canceled in a few weeks.

Maybe judge the show on what it is, not what you want it to be?

Mate wtf? This was by far the best episode of the show. C+ get the fuck out of here with your ittty bitty baby bullshit.

For me, it will always be Burt and Virginia on Raising Hope.

Beats me. I’m 42. I’d never seen it before.

Been listening a lot to the “You Must Remember This” podcast and I’m struck by something.

I think it was a lot better when studios employed shady fixers to keep all this shit out of the papers.

We just are not meant to have this much access to these people’s thoughts.

the way that one might serve their ex legal papers (flashy, public, meant to be seen and discussed the world over).

I know zero facts about Jason Sudeikis, Olivia Wilde, or their marriage, but a) this  write-up just seems to use Ted Lasso S3 as an excuse to trash Sudeikis, b) I can’t abide anyone dating Harry Styles for that long (a person who is described to me with someone with first-hand knowledge as, most charitably, “an empty

So just to be clear: we're supposed to hate Jason Sudeikis because of a report from a former nanny that both he and Olivia Wilde denied was true, and also because a process server did their job? Even for present-day AV Club, this is a shockingly bad take.

“SWAK”?

Philip and Elizabeth Jennings. Whether their relationship is tragic or not is up for debate, but their lives sure were pretty damn miserable. The fact that they even eventually fell in love was really a stroke of luck or they just got so used to each other that there wasn’t another choice. Not after the kids, anyway.

Hi — over the years these two have been the shining example of “good relationship goals” in terms of loving each other, supporting each other no matter what, letting their children be who they are whilst loving them, and loving the other person for who they are:

I know it sounds nuts, but a two hour episode of The Incredible Hulk from the late 70's. Marriette Hartley played Carolyn Fields, she and David Banner fell in love and got married, but she ended up dying in the Hulk’s arms during a hurricane. I saw that over forty years ago, and it’s stuck with me all this time. Bill

The real tragedy is for all of us, not being able to see the timeline where Eleanor and Tahani were soulmates.
