I don’t even buy that it was the internet pressure, it was likely a lawyer pointing out that CF’s legal exposure was no laughing matter and they shoved KF out of the window to avoid taking a major hit.

Yes, but at the end of the day it was just business. In certain cases, you couldn’t pass up how low your costs were going with China. That all changed with the supply chain crisis. The risk of having your supply chain cut off, versus the prices, have people reevaluating heavily.
