My brain stopped working about halfway through that.
You have no idea how much I hate starring this, lol
I’m curious who Boyd Holbrook plays. Mutt’s brother? Indy’s nephew?
One reason I think you’re right is, there’s not enough metahumans established in this series as opposed to the original comic. But, She-Hulk seems to be operating under the reasoning that there’s a surge in that population at the moment. So if this version of the ‘Bolts gives us MCU Fixer, Moonstone, Songbird etc. I…
I don’t know that Zemo’s Thunderbolts could work in the MCU. It’d be impossible to pull off the twist, and that’s like 90% of the fun of the original concept.
The art for Julia Louis-Dreyfuss on the far left looked like Ming-na at brief glance, got me all excited we might be getting Agent May for a moment.
There’s a few plays they could run here:
* He’s the target for whatever mission Val has planned
* He tipped Bucky off for him to sell her on having him onboard
* He’s somebody’s silent partner in this project
* He picks up the pieces after this goes awry (because it almost has to, right?)
But wouldn’t they still be wearing the insignias on the uniforms?
“The stage was set for the Alan Parsons Project, which I believe was some sort of hovercraft…”
How do they have Thunderbolts without Baron Zemo?
Could be in the flashback sequence.
That’s why I put “villains” in quotes.
I can see that. I’m also interested in how he’ll work with Walker, especially since the last time we saw them together, it didn’t turn out so well for Mr. US Agent.
Red Guardian is a great patriotic hero.
The comics share little in common with this team, besides the title, but I imagine he’ll be cast in the role Hawkeye had when he took over the team: the villain-turned-hero leading a team of “villains” to become heroes.
Since it looks like they are going to have nazis in the movie, it’s unclear if they are supposed to secret nazis or if they dropped the swastikas for the display this weekend.
