Everything you say is true. That and what purpose can the Xoom really serve for me is why I'm holding off. Oh, and the price. I'm hoping in 6 months that the price will be under $400 given the immense competition from the iPad.

This is the problem with old neighborhoods. Cities should purchase old homes and demolish them. Eventually demolishing all old homes and then the utilities can be buried.
