There are two types of cops: Bad cops and cops who cover for bad cops.

The cop purposefully ran around the rear of his cruiser, taking longer to get to the actual crime he was there to support, just to shove Guss. Then gets sensitive when called a name, and reverses to show how tough he is, still not supporting the officers there for the chase. 

Dude has a track record of going off the deep end. He harassed a pizza shop before as well.

Well, I for one, reacted to this. But in another reply to you, I pointed out there are degrees of shady. This is shady and reprehensible and leaves the customer hold the bag.
