I’ve been in Customer Support positions in the video game industry for 11 years and have worked with companies like Square Enix and Activision. The customer support answer that was sent was... upsetting. To put it mildly. Here’s how I would have answered that email:

The service department makes the real money for the dealership.  Why would they jeopardize that by treating you poorly?

I’ve generally find that I get shit service from the dealer no matter where I bought the car.
