will second the Hunter x Hunter 2011 recommendation. it cuts a lot of the shitty parts of shonen out and leaves nothing but the best.
ah, misunderstood. yeah, sonic is a bit of a jump, for sure, but my assumption is: if somebody’s willing to give you money and advertising for basically nothing, you take it and milk the hell out of it (ironically, just as much as sega has milked most modern sonic games).
it’s useful for the company because they aren’t the ones making the actual product— they are most likely just licensing it. it’s advertising for them and in return the manufacturer gets to use a popular brand name to attract sales.
Nice to see all the pictures we get of presidents “just being people” (this sounds stupid to say, but with all the politics that get in the way, you often only think of them for their job and not a human being). I’d hang out with Clinton, Bush, or Obama. Have a beer. They’d all probably be pretty funny.
