I think what made it so great was just how much of a power-block they gave it in terms of air time. You could get home from school, flip on the TV, and get sucked in until dinner. And then they also gave you the Saturday morning block, which then eventually shifted toward the evening block before Adult Swim.

yeah they wound it down after that— probably realized they should start getting toward the story of the new game (I’m a sucker for the rare cameos, so I loved it).
