I think it stems from being the middle game in the series. I thought DA2 was great, but people had to compare it to its predecessor, Origins. The advantage the first game had was that it could be played almost entirely as a stand-alone game, whereas the second game sort of left you reeling for more.

Yes! He was also Aku from Samurai Jack-- it was also fitting that, after he passed on, I believe it was one of his students that took on the role of voice acting Iroh for the rest of the series.

Ah man, for sure. these are both heart-warming, but the tragedy of his son is just devastating because there’s nothing / very little he can do to ‘fix’ it and he just has to live with his happy memories.
