While the Inn at the Oaks scene is clearly the centerpiece of this episode and deserves all the credit in the world, I've always loved "Mayham" for how it allows Tony Sirico's comedic abilities to come to the fore. The way he delivers the line "The doc said I gotta get an ultrasound on my groin and balls!" cracks me…

But who will unlock the stealth camo?!?!

Well, I do agree with the Ann/Tom thing just not being the way to go. Tom's character really, really grates on me in certain situations. As Jean-Ralphio's witless accomplice or a weird hip-hop caricature, I like Tom. But courtship/romance Tom is so over-the-top corny that I just find myself hating him.
