That lawyer you mentioned is right, i read further, any patents after june 8 1995 starts counting down from the priority date, which in this case is june 22 1994. So it expires 6/22/14. Even tho they have a right to continue defending the patent, I find it odd WOTC is doing it with just a month left before

They have had mtg online for years now. They just havent advertised it as much as they should have.

The tapping patent runs out in 2017. It was applied in 95 but granted in 97

Hex has a similar rules system so those 500 dollar decks would still be possible. As far as having enough money, no company ever has enough esp with mtg being wotc's only real money maker. DnD hasnt been making as much profits since pathfinder took over the pnp rpg market.

If they do, at least make it so we can customize the bugger so we can empathize at least on an appearance level >.<

Agreed, I thought they were gonna make a full version of blood dragon and was talking with michael beihn about starting a new IP line.

The scale of the mountains wouldnt matter imho since you prolly wont be able to climb them except in specific scenes/quicktime events. But I could be proven wrong tho.

Fallout 4 would cause me to buy which ever console got it first and me giving up on leaving the house for at least 2 weeks. Then I would buy it on PC and mod it like crazy and play a couple of more years....like what i did with fallout 3 and NV :). (fallout 3, nv, and me trilogy are the only games i bought on pc and

ok, for some reason I can see patrick stewart voice acting that villain.....

Would players be interested in having an avatar like that? For myself no, I want to create my own avatar ala Mass Effect.

wow seriously? i didnt know the xbox was in that much trouble :(

Unfortunately thats gonna keep on happening since the Wii U is for all intents and purposes a last gen machine :(

not everyone likes VR, lord knows I don't want to have one.

yeesh, bitter much? Unless they were gonna give him a significant role it wouldnt be worth it for him to appear in the movie. There are already more than enough old timers coming back plus all the new actors they have to shoehorn in.

innovation isn't conducive to a profitable company at times.

Nope, at least none announced atm.

that takes time, something ms doesnt have now. If the xbone falls further behind on sales at this rate, they risk losing total 3rd party support within the next year imho.

now I can finally buy one :)

I'll always prefer physical media, when WW3 happens i want to be able to load up my bluray/dvd player and use my cycle generator to watch a movie while everyone else out in the wasteland are playing with rocks.
