Yeah i think jezebel blew it a bit out of proportion especially when complaining about how stereotypical the character was despite the fact that 90% of all minorities on tv are stereotypes.

Not every militia is that kind of crazy but i could easily see them think that the government failed these people because it has become to big. Or they could just be nice white people who don’t hate brown and poor people.

You’re not alone but my one tour in Iraq really soured me on the whole region. Which is not to say the whole place is awful i might though my dad said he’d never go back to Nam and he did so maybe there’s a chance.

I caught two bullets in Afghanistan so i don’t think i’ll ever go back to that region again.
