Thats why you slowly build up to a tougher and tougher workout. The whole point is to burn off all the excess fat you have in your body and the only way to do that is to use mor calories than you ingest. The most efficient way to do that is to eat better and less and exercise.

Isn’t The whole point of exercise to make you feel tiered though? It’s not really a workout if you don’t feel tiered afterwards. And i’ve never delt with those other problems because i’ve never had or wanted a girlfriend.
